Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Wunderschøn. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, which include massages, hair treatments, lash & brow services, and sugaring. By booking or receiving services at Wunderschøn, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Appointments and Bookings

  • How to Book: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person at the salon.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your booking is completed.

  • Advance Notice: We recommend booking 48 hours in advance for best availability.
     

3. Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.

  • No-Shows: A no-show will be charged 100% of the booked service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a block from future bookings.

  • Deposits: Wunderschøn reserves the right to request a deposit for selected services or high-demand time slots.
     

4. Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened service or need to reschedule. Full fees apply regardless.
     

5. Health & Wellness

  • Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, recent surgeries, or relevant medical conditions.

  • Pregnancy: Some treatments may be restricted during pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare provider and notify us during booking.

  • Sanitation: We adhere to strict hygiene standards for the safety of both clients and staff.
     

6. Age Policy

  • Clients must be 16 years or older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or provide written consent.
     

7. Personal Belongings

  • Wunderschøn is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
     

8. Pricing & Payments

  • Transparent Pricing: Prices for all services are available on our website and in-salon. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Accepted Payments: We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.

  • Gratuity: Tips are not included but are welcomed and appreciated.
     

9. Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages

  • Validity: All gift cards and prepaid packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Non-Refundable: They cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

  • Transferable: They may be used by others, provided the original recipient grants permission.
     

10. Product Returns

  • Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
     

11. Satisfaction Policy

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will do our best to resolve the issue with a correction session or appropriate follow-up.
     

12. Client Conduct

  • We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. Any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or discrimination will result in immediate termination of service and potential ban from future appointments.
     

13. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected only to provide a quality service experience and for appointment management. Data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).

  • We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
     

14. Liability Waiver

By receiving a service at Wunderschøn, you acknowledge and accept that there may be risks associated with beauty and wellness treatments. We are not liable for any adverse effects that may result from our services unless caused by proven negligence.
 

15. Modifications to Terms

Wunderschøn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
