Política de cancelación
1. Appointments & Punctuality Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans change. To respect both your time and ours: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. 3. Deposits Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is deducted from the final balance. 4. Health & Safety Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment. If you are unwell, we kindly ask you to reschedule for everyone's safety. 5. Children & Guests To maintain a tranquil experience, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless agreed in advance. 6. Payment & Pricing All prices are listed in [local currency] and include VAT where applicable. We accept major cards, contactless payments, and bank transfers.
